Rescheduled from January 25th, this monthly workshop offers a compassionate emotional wellness journey focused on shame and its impact on the body and nervous system. Participants are gently guided to meet, understand, and soften shame in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. The experience weaves together accessible education, gentle somatic flow, guided meditation, and restorative sound healing to support emotional awareness, regulation, and the cultivation of self-compassion and inner safety.
